SYSTEMATIC by NIKO LUOMA

The SYSTEMATIC RUG is a textile art piece. It is handtufted out of New Zealand wool and the design consists of 101 different color areas. The design is based on art from Niko Luoma's collection Variations on a Standard of Space. Niko Luoma is a photographic artist and uses  light as his material. Inspiration is found in mathematics and geometry; symmetry and chaos, both imagined and found in nature.
